Under normal circumstances, orders will be shipped within 3 business days, with an estimated arrival time of 10-30 days after the order is placed, depending on the location of receipt.
We strive to ship our orders as soon as possible.
Shipping to remote areas may take an additional 1-2 business days.
All subsequent orders will be processed on the next business day. Our business days are from Monday to Friday.

(if available) during peak periods, such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas.
Your order will usually be delivered on time, but occasionally delays do occur.
Factors beyond our control may affect delivery times and these may include unforeseen effects caused by our delivery partners.

Order Packaging
All jewelry purchased from our online store is packaged in an exclusive gift box.
We will use foam inserts to cover and protect your jewelry.

You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched.
Courier Service
Our orders are sent by default by courier service provided by 4PX EXPRESS or EMS, if you need to expedite your order, please contact us.
Please pick up the goods as soon as they arrive. Any loss caused by not picking up the goods in time will be borne by the customer.
Shipping Fees
Shipping cost is $30 per order, regardless of how many items are in the order.
When the purchase amount exceeds $500 USD, free shipping will be automatically applied to your order at checkout.
